Deck Construction -

This deck replacement project began with design meetings in collaboration with our client to decide on the best solution that meets their needs and budget. The project scope included, demo of an above ground pool that was intergraded into the existing deck. Demo of the old deck, frame, and support structure. New construction included posts, beams, frame, vinal decking, aluminum railing, steps, and a custom made gate. We repurposed the old deck boards to encased the new deck. Demo of the existing cement pad and poured a new cement sidewalk that ties into the existing driveway. Final grading, seeding, landscape, and accent lighting tied everything together nicely. Our client can now enjoy their beautifully crafted outdoor living space as an extension of their home.
